Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 21, 2017, the Company issued a press release reporting the results of the first phase of testing of the Atmospheric Alkaline Oxidation (AAO) method of oxidizing sulfide mineralization for low cost cyanide gold for the Company's North Bullfrog Project, Nevada. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth herein and in the press release is deemed to be "furnished" and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
