On January 23, 2020, Manning & Napier, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that it had selected InvestCloud, Inc. to lead the Company’s digital transformation and to provide the Company with a full suite of applications, ranging from back-office operations to client-facing websites. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
