Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On April 7, 2020, Haynes International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced temporary reductions in the base salaries of its President and Chief Executive Officer, its Vice Presidents and other members of the executive team, including the Company’s named executive officers, and the total cash compensation of its directors, commensurate with the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
