On September 12, 2018, Worthington Industries, Inc. (“Worthington”) announced organizational changes and promotions in Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. A copy of the news release issued by Worthington on September 12, 2018 describing these changes and promotions is included with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
