Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 27, 2017, Net1 issued a press release announcing that it had received a letter from the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section (“DOJ”), regarding closure of the DOJ’s investigation concerning possible violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. A copy of Net1’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
