Item 7.01              Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 12, 2017, Hanger, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a press release to report that it had completed the restatement of its prior financial statements and filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which included the Company’s restated financial statements for various historical periods.
