On December 16, 2014, the Board of Directors of Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Peter J. M. Harding as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Harding will serve as a Class III director and his term will expire at the 2017 annual meeting of stockholders. In connection with his appointment, Mr. Harding received 4,116 restricted stock units.
