Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 12, 2014, Unilife Corporation (“Unilife”) issued a press release announcing the financial results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
During a conference call held at 4:30 p.m. U.S. Eastern Daylight Time on May 12, 2014, Unilife’s Chief Executive Officer discussed the Company’s results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2014 and an update on its businesses. The slide presentation for the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
