Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 12, 2014, Peoples Financial Services Corp. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the three and twelve month periods ended December 31, 2013, and its financial condition at December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
