Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 3, 2011, Select Medical Holdings Corporation issued a press release announcing its
financial results for its third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2011. A copy of that
press release and the attached financial schedules are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and
incorporated herein by reference.
