Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 27, 2011, Orchids Paper Products Company (the “Registrant”) reported its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the Registrant’s press release containing this information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
