Section 8 – Other Events



Item 8.01  Other Events.



On January 27, 2021, the Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (“Chugach”) Board of Directors (“Board”) passed a resolution to suspend Chugach’s status as a voluntary filer with the SEC. Chugach will continue to publish relevant financial information for its bondholders and as necessary to comply with its contractual reporting requirements to its creditors.



Chugach anticipates withdrawing as a voluntary filer by filing Form 15 with the SEC before March 31, 2021.
