On August 11, 2020, Landec Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2020 and for the full fiscal year ended May 31, 2020. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
