On January 21, 2020, GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that certain information related to the tax treatment of the Company’s one-time special cash dividend of $3.35 per each outstanding share of Company common stock, paid on December 5, 2019, is now available. This information is available on the Company’s website under the “Investor Relations” tab, and included on Internal Revenue Service Form 8937 available on the website.
