Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 6, 2018, Earthstone Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a special meeting of stockholders (the “Meeting”) has been scheduled for January 3, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. CST. The Meeting will be held at the offices of the Company, located at 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive, Suite 300, The Woodlands, Texas 77380. A copy of the press release is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
