Item 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
(b) On December 20, 2017, Director Janet Reiser resigned from the Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) Board of Directors (Board) effective December 31, 2017. Director Reiser served as the Chair of the Board and is a member of the Board’s Governance, Operations, and Audit and Finance Committees. She has accepted a position as the Executive Director at Alaska Energy Authority and her resignation is not the result of any disagreement between Chugach and Director Reiser on any matter relating Chugach’s operations, policies or practices.
