On November 6, 2017, California Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
