On September 22, 2017, Shineco, Inc. (the “Company”, “we,” “us,” and “our”) issued a press release regarding a strategic cooperation agreement entered between Beijing Tenet-Jove Technological Development Co, Ltd., our wholly-owned subsidiary, and Mr. Jianjun Wang. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report, and is incorporated herein by this reference.
