On May 10, 2017, the Board of Directors of The Davey Tree Expert Company (the “Company”) declared a two-for-one stock split on the Company’s common shares. The stock split will be in the form of a 100% stock dividend payable on June 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2017.
