On January 13, 2017, Koppers Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Koppers Inc., intends to offer $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2025 in a private offering.
The Company also announced that Koppers Inc. has commenced negotiations to enter into a new credit agreement.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
