Corporate Capital Trust, Inc., a business development company that provides individuals with the opportunity to invest in the debt of privately owned American companies (the “Company”), issued a press release on November 14, 2016, announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2016, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

The Company will hold an earnings call on November 15, 2016, at 1:00 p.m., Eastern Time, to discuss its financial results (the “Earnings Call”).
