On September 21, 2016, Crossroads Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Mode Media Corporation (“Mode Media”), a Crossroads Capital portfolio company, ceased operations on September 15, 2016.
The fair value of the Company’s investment in Mode Media was $1,410,000 as of June 30, 2016.
A copy of the Company’s press release dated September 21, 2016, is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by this reference.
