Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 15, 2016, Destination Maternity Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a non-disclosure agreement with Orchestra-Prémaman S.A. (“Orchestra”). The Company agreed to exchange information and engage in discussions with Orchestra in response to its letter of February 8, 2016.
The non-disclosure agreement is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
