On September 2, 2015, American CareSource Holdings, Inc. issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its plan to change the brand of its urgent care centers and primary care centers to “GoNow Doctors.” A copy of the Press Release is attached at Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and is incorporated herein by reference.
