Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 13, 2015, PetroQuest Energy, Inc. issued a press release updating production rates from its Thunder Bayou discovery well in Vermilion Parish, LA. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
