Item 5.02. Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
David D. Baker has resigned his position as a Senior Vice President of Breitburn GP LLC (the “Company”), the general partner of Breitburn Energy Partners LP (the “Partnership”), effective June 16, 2015. Mr. Baker is leaving his employment with the Company in order to start a new oil and gas business that will not be affiliated with the Partnership.
