(b) On March 16, 2015, Visteon Corporation (the “Company”) announced Timothy D. Leuliette intends to step down as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer by the end of 2015 upon the appointment of his successor.
A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
