Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 18, 2015, TerraForm Power, Inc. (“TerraForm Power” or the “Company”) issued a press release reporting results of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
