Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 12, 2014, Elephant Talk Communications Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing certain information regarding its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
