On July 31, 2014, MAXIMUS announced that Bruce L. Caswell has been
appointed President of the Company effective October 1, 2014. Richard A.
Montoni will remain Chief Executive Officer and a Director of
MAXIMUS. A copy of the press release announcing the appointment of Mr.
Caswell is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by
reference.
