On July 13, 2014, Mark Klein notified Great American Group, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from its board of directors, effective as of immediately prior to the Company’s next annual stockholder’s meeting, which the Company currently anticipates will be in the third quarter of 2014. Mr. Klein was a member of the Company’s Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Klein’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company.
