Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 30, 2014, Intrepid Potash, Inc. issued a press release relating to its earnings for the first quarter of 2014 and its outlook for the remainder of 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
