On January 13, 2014, management of The Wendy’s Company (the “Company”) gave a slide presentation beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET at the 16th Annual ICR XChange Investor Conference at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida. The presentation materials are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. These materials may also be used by the Company at one or more subsequent conferences with analysts and investors.
