Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 17, 2013, Joseph Siino notified Pendrell Corporation (the “Company”) that he intends to leave the Company on September 1, 2014, or such earlier date as determined by the Company or Mr. Siino. In anticipation of the transition of Mr. Siino’s responsibilities, Lisa McFall has been promoted to Vice President of IP Operations, Pendrell Technologies, and Mark Spolyar has been promoted to Vice President of IP Strategy and Transactions, Pendrell Technologies.
