Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 23, 2013, Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (“Heidrick & Struggles” or the “Company”) announced that L. Kevin Kelly, former Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will be leaving the Company.
The information furnished pursuant to this Item 7.01 shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the Exchange Act) or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of Heidrick & Struggles under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act.
