On February 12, 2013, Francis N.S. Leong, an independent member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corporation (the “Company”) and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board, tendered his resignation, for personal reasons. The resignation is effective as of February 12, 2013.
The Company is thankful to him for many years of service and dedication to the Company.
