Regulation FD Disclosure.
|
On December 11, 2012, Pharmacyclics, Inc. (the “Company”) and its collaborators provided clinical and preclinical presentations on ibrutinib and ibrutinib combinations at the 2012 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hematology (“ASH”). Ibrutinib inhibits Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK), which is known to be expressed in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL) and multiple myeloma (MM). The foregoing description is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Company’s press release dated December 11, 2012, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will host a conference call to discuss the results discussed herein and in the press releases and presentations attached hereto on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 8:30 AM Eastern Time.
