Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 5, 2012, Cardica, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the results of operations for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2012. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing such results dated November 5, 2012 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
