On August 27, 2012, First Potomac Realty Trust issued a press release announcing the sale of its 95% ownership interest in the unconsolidated joint venture that owns 1200 17th Street, NW, Washington, DC for $43.7 million. A copy of the press release announcing the sale is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
