ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On August 6, 2012, the Registrant released its operating results for the three month and six months ended June 30, 2012. The release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
