Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 18, 2012, Taylor Capital Group, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release setting forth the Registrant’s financial results for the three month period ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and the information contained therein is incorporated herein by reference.
