References in this document to "us," "we," or "Company" refer to Seychelle Environmental Technologies, Inc, a Nevada corporation and our wholly-owned subsidiary, Seychelle Water Technologies, Inc, also a Nevada corporation, and majority-owned subsidiary, Seychelle Japan a Japanese company.

In December, 2011, we established a majority-owned subsidiary in Japan called Seychelle Japan, a Japanese company to sell our products in that country.
