On January 9, 2012, Benchmark Electronics, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it expects to report revenue and earnings per share modestly above the high end of guidance for the fourth quarter 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
