Item 8.01.    Other Events.

 

There was a hearing today with News America Marketing In-Store, LLC (News America) in front of Federal Magistrate Judge Boylan in U.S. District Court in Minneapolis, Minnesota. News America has agreed to hang our Specified Signs with Price (SSWP) in the News America Price Pop Guaranteed network for the cycle beginning November 6th. Judge Boylan has taken the issues discussed at today’s hearing under advisement.
