Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 18, 2011, Unilife Corporation (“Unilife”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and Alan D. Shortall, Chief Executive Officer of Unilife, entered into an Amendment to Executive Employment Agreement pursuant to which the parties agreed to extend the expiration date of Mr. Shortall’s Executive Employment Agreement dated October 26, 2008, as amended (the “Agreement”), to December 31, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
