Peoples Financial Services Corp. (PFIS) Declares Second Quarter Dividend
On July 1, 2011, the Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp (PFIS), parent company of Peoples Neighborhood Bank, Hallstead, PA, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.20 per share. The dividend is payable on August 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of July 29, 2011.
Peoples Neighborhood Bank, an independent community bank, operates eight offices in Susquehanna, Wyoming and Lackawanna Counties, as well as three offices in Broome County, NY.
