Multi-Color Declares Quarterly Dividend
Cincinnati, OH May 12, 2011 Multi-Color Corporation (NASDAQ:LABL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared the Companys quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of fiscal year 2012. The dividend is a payment of five cents per common share, payable June 1, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 23, 2011.
