On June 30, 2010 Steven T. Mercier voluntarily resigned from his position as Vice President of Operations of TASER International, Inc., effective December 31, 2010 . In connection with the preparation of the definitive proxy statement for the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders the Company determined that it inadvertently failed to file a Form 8-K to report this event in 2010.
