Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 2, 2011, Athens Bancshares Corporation, the holding company for Athens Federal
Community Bank, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended
December 31, 2010. The press release announcing the financial results is included as Exhibit 99.1
and is furnished herewith.
