On March 1, 2010, Carmike Cinemas, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended December 31, 2009 and for the year ended December 31, 2009. The press release contains information about the Companys financial condition at December 31, 2009 and results of operations for the three months ended December 31, 2009 and year ended December 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
